residential buildings. I was the Director of
Architecture or Director of Store Design for three
major grocery store chains. My expertise includes
the requirements for maintenance and operation of
specialty retail, grocery stores, and big box
stores. I am also a certified playground safety
inspector.
I have been retained nationwide in more than three
hundred and fifty cases, and I have testified in
court and in depositions. In casework, either
